Kate Spade Stylist (Temporary, Part-Time) in Atlanta, GA. Hourly retail role styling customers and driving sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently, demonstrating strong product knowledge across handbags, ready-to-wear, jewelry, footwear, and home décor
- Actively listen to customers and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand individual style preferences and needs
- Provide tailored styling advice, suggest complementary items, and create complete looks that encourage exploration of new styles
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout experience
- Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, inventory management, and POS transactions
- Reinforce and celebrate customer choices to encourage repeat visits and brand loyalty
- Demonstrate proficiency in omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
- Give and receive constructive feedback in a collaborative team environment
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a retail sales environment
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a team setting
- Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, busy seasons, and high-traffic retail days including public holidays

Experience
Prior experience in a retail environment with demonstrated professional selling skills and ability to build effective customer relationships.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
