Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen to customer needs and ask insightful follow-up questions to guide styling recommendations
- Provide creative styling advice, suggest complementary items, and curate complete looks that reflect each customer's lifestyle
- Showcase multiple styling possibilities and encourage customers to explore new approaches to existing wardrobes
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure seamless, professional checkout transactions
- Drive sales through authentic customer connections, brand storytelling, and product expertise
- Maintain stockroom organization, execute POS transactions, and ensure operational excellence
- Provide and receive constructive feedback in a collaborative team environment
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Prior experience working in a retail environment
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic setting
- Proficiency in English (or local language proficiency per market)
- Willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
- Flexibility to work varied schedules including nights, weekends, and public holidays
- Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and navigate sales floor and stockroom environments
