Kate Spade seeks a Seasonal Stylist to advise customers on product selection, develop complete looks, support purchase decisions, and deliver a seamless checkout experience while maintaining product knowledge and store operations. The role is part-time and requires a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, busy seasons, and public holidays.

Role & Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with confidence and warmth, demonstrating strong product knowledge.
• Listen actively and ask thoughtful follow-up questions to understand customer needs.
• Provide styling advice, recommend add-on products, and create complete looks.
• Show customers creative ways to wear products and encourage them to explore new styles.
• Guide customers through purchase decisions and deliver a seamless checkout experience.
• Affirm customers’ choices and encourage them to return.
• Drive results through meaningful customer connections and storytelling.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Kate Spade and product attributes across all categories.
• Maintain operational excellence, including stockroom organization and point-of-sale transactions.
• Give and receive feedback honestly and constructively.

Qualifications

• Professional selling skills, with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Previous experience in a retail environment.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and collaborate in a team setting.
• Social media awareness and willingness to learn omnichannel and virtual selling techniques.
• English proficiency or proficiency in the local language, depending on the market.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, busy seasons, and high-traffic retail days, including public holidays.
• Ability to regularly lift at least 25 lbs and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs, as well as climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
