Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently, demonstrating strong product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer aesthetic preferences and lifestyle needs
- Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary add-ons, and create complete looks that reflect customer vision
- Use creativity to showcase multiple ways to incorporate Kate Spade products into customers' existing wardrobes
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout experience
- Maintain operational excellence, including stockroom organization, inventory management, and accurate POS transactions
- Drive sales results through strong customer connections, compelling storytelling, and brand narrative
- Reinforce and celebrate customer choices, inviting repeat visits and building brand loyalty
- Demonstrate social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
- Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and busy retail periods
- Regularly lift and manipulate items up to 25 lbs., with occasional handling of up to 50 lbs.
- Provide and receive constructive feedback in an honest, professional manner
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Prior experience working in a retail environment
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a team setting
- Proficiency in English (or local market language)
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and high-traffic retail days
- Physical capability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs. and occasionally up to 50 lbs., and ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
- Social media awareness and openness to learning omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
