Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge
- Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer needs and preferences
- Provide styling advice and suggest complementary products to create complete looks
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout experience
- Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization and POS transactions
- Reinforce and celebrate customer choices to encourage repeat visits
- Drive sales results through strong customer connections and brand storytelling
- Give and receive feedback in a constructive, professional manner
- Demonstrate social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a retail environment
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a team setting
- Strong product knowledge and ability to learn quickly
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom
- English language proficiency
