Kate Spade New York is hiring a temporary Stylist in Antioch, Tennessee. Competitive wages ($15–$19.50/hr) plus benefits in a luxury retail environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating strong product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer needs and personal style preferences
- Provide creative styling advice, suggest coordinating products, and curate complete looks that reflect brand aesthetics
- Showcase multiple ways to wear products and encourage customers to explore new styles and collections
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout experience
- Reinforce customer choices and build loyalty by inviting repeat visits
- Drive sales through strong customer connections, storytelling, and product expertise
- Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, inventory management, and POS transactions
- Give and receive feedback in a constructive manner to support continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a retail environment
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively within a team setting
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, busy season, and high-traffic retail days
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver throughout sales floor and stockroom

Experience
Prior experience in a retail environment is required. Candidates should demonstrate professional selling skills and the ability to engage customers with confidence and authenticity while building meaningful brand relationships.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; retail industry certifications or training in fashion and styling are advantageous.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
