Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen to customer needs and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand aesthetic preferences and lifestyle requirements
- Provide personalized styling advice, suggest coordinated add-ons, and create complete looks that showcase multiple ways to wear products
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure seamless checkout experiences
- Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, inventory management, and accurate POS transactions
- Drive sales results through strong customer connections, brand storytelling, and deep product knowledge across handbags, ready-to-wear, jewelry, footwear, and home décor
- Reinforce customer choices and create positive brand experiences that encourage repeat visits
- Work flexibly across nights, weekends, high-traffic retail days, and busy seasonal periods as needed
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Prior experience in a retail environment
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively within a team
- Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
- English proficiency
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver throughout sales floor and stockroom
- Availability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, public holidays, and peak retail periods
