Role & Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and confidently, demonstrating strong product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer needs and aesthetic preferences
- Provide personalized styling advice and recommend complementary products to create complete looks
- Showcase multiple ways to wear products and encourage customers to explore new styles through creative presentation
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout experience
- Reinforce and celebrate customer choices, fostering loyalty and encouraging repeat visits
- Maintain deep knowledge of brand heritage and product attributes across handbags, ready-to-wear, jewelry, footwear, and home décor
- Drive sales results through strong customer connections and compelling brand storytelling
- Maintain operational excellence, including stockroom organization, merchandise presentation, and POS transactions
- Demonstrate proficiency with omni-channel and virtual selling techniques across social media platforms
- Give and receive feedback in an honest, constructive manner to support team performance
- Lift and maneuver merchandise and materials, regularly handling up to 25 lbs. and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications

- English proficiency or local language proficiency per market
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, busy seasons, and public holidays
- Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. occasionally, and to climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom
