Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests with warmth and confidence, demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across handbags, ready-to-wear, jewelry, footwear, and home décor
- Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer needs and preferences
- Provide personalized styling advice and suggest complementary products to create complete looks
- Showcase multiple ways to wear and style products, encouraging customers to explore new aesthetic possibilities
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure seamless checkout transactions
- Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, inventory management, and POS system proficiency
- Drive sales results through strong customer connections and compelling brand storytelling
- Give and receive constructive feedback in a professional and collaborative manner
- Demonstrate social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
Qualifications
- Prior experience working in a retail environment
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Professional selling skills with strong product presentation capability
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom areas
- Flexibility to work variable schedules including nights, weekends, busy seasons, and public holidays as needed
