Kate Spade in Allen, Texas (Allen Premium Outlets) is hiring a part-time Stylist — temporary retail role focused on styling, sales and customer experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers warmly; build immediate rapport and demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge across categories.
- Provide personalised styling advice and curate complete looks, suggesting add-ons and alternative ways to wear key pieces.
- Drive sales through consultative selling, storytelling and by developing strong customer relationships and repeat business.
- Execute efficient POS transactions and ensure a seamless checkout experience.
- Maintain operational standards including stockroom organisation, replenishment and accurate inventory management.
- Adopt omni-channel and virtual selling techniques; support social media-driven customer engagement when required.
- Work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior experience in a retail environment.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and collaborate effectively within a team.
- English proficiency (or local language proficiency as applicable in market).
- Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; ability to climb, bend and manoeuvre on the sales floor and stockroom.
