Role & Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and confidently whilst demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
• Actively listen to customer needs and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand aesthetic preferences and lifestyle requirements
• Provide styling advice, suggest coordinating pieces, and create complete looks that encourage exploration of new styles
• Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure seamless checkout experiences
• Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, inventory management, and accurate POS transactions
• Reinforce and celebrate customer choices whilst inviting repeat visits and building brand loyalty
• Drive sales results through authentic customer connections and compelling brand storytelling
• Give and receive constructive feedback in a professional, collaborative manner
• Demonstrate awareness of social media and express willingness to learn omnichannel and virtual selling techniques

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a retail environment with demonstrated sales success
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
• Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a team setting
• Professional selling skills with the ability to read customer needs and adapt communication style
• Capacity to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom environments
• Flexibility to work varying schedules including nights, weekends, peak seasons, and high-traffic retail days including public holidays

Skills

Experience

Prior experience in a retail environment, preferably in fashion or luxury goods retail. Demonstrated ability to build customer relationships, provide consultative selling, and drive results through customer-focused engagement.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.25 per hour.
