Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating strong product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen and ask insightful questions to understand customer needs and aesthetic preferences
- Provide expert styling advice, suggest complementary products, and create cohesive complete looks
- Showcase multiple styling approaches to encourage customer exploration and confidence in their selections
- Guide customers through purchasing decisions and ensure smooth checkout transactions
- Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, POS system proficiency, and inventory management
- Reinforce and celebrate customer choices while inviting repeat patronage
- Drive sales results through authentic customer connections, storytelling, and brand advocacy
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Prior experience in a retail sales environment
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and collaborate effectively in a team setting
- Strong English proficiency
- Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. occasionally, with ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom areas
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, busy seasons, and high-traffic retail days

Experience
Prior experience in a retail sales environment with demonstrated ability to engage customers, provide styling guidance, and achieve sales results.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
