Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating strong product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
  • Actively listen and ask insightful questions to understand customer needs and aesthetic preferences
  • Provide expert styling advice, suggest complementary products, and create cohesive complete looks
  • Showcase multiple styling approaches to encourage customer exploration and confidence in their selections
  • Guide customers through purchasing decisions and ensure smooth checkout transactions
  • Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, POS system proficiency, and inventory management
  • Reinforce and celebrate customer choices while inviting repeat patronage
  • Drive sales results through authentic customer connections, storytelling, and brand advocacy

Qualifications

  • Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Prior experience in a retail sales environment
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and collaborate effectively in a team setting
  • Strong English proficiency
  • Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. occasionally, with ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom areas
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, busy seasons, and high-traffic retail days
