Kate Spade New York seeks a Part-Time Style Advisor in Toronto to deliver exceptional customer styling and product expertise.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently, demonstrating strong product knowledge across handbags, ready-to-wear, jewelry, footwear, and home décor
- Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer needs and personal style preferences
- Provide comprehensive styling advice, suggest complementary add-ons, and create complete looks that incorporate Kate Spade products into customers' existing wardrobes
- Showcase creative multiple ways to wear and style products, encouraging customers to explore new styles and aesthetics
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout experience
- Reinforce and celebrate customer choices while inviting repeat visits and building brand loyalty
- Drive sales results through strong customer connections, compelling storytelling, and authentic brand advocacy
- Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, POS transactions, inventory management, and sales floor presentation
- Demonstrate willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques, leveraging social media awareness
- Provide and receive constructive feedback in an honest manner, contributing to continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Prior experience in a retail environment
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a team setting
- Strong social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
- English language proficiency
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, busy seasons, and high-traffic retail days
- Ability to regularly lift at least 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
Skills
Experience
Prior experience in a retail environment with demonstrated customer-facing sales and styling expertise.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

The successful candidate will be located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17.60 to CAD 22 per hour.
