Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen and ask insightful questions to understand customer needs and aesthetic preferences
- Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary products, and create complete coordinated looks
- Showcase multiple styling options to encourage customers to explore new interpretations of products
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure smooth checkout transactions
- Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization and point-of-sale procedures
- Give and receive feedback constructively to support continuous professional development
- Drive sales results through authentic customer connections and compelling brand storytelling
Qualifications
- Prior retail experience with demonstrated sales success
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and collaborate effectively in a team environment

- Proficiency in English (or local language per market)
- Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom

Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
