Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently, demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen to customer needs and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand aesthetic and lifestyle preferences
- Provide expert styling advice, suggest coordinating products, and create complete looks that align with customer vision
- Showcase multiple styling applications and encourage customers to explore new styles and brand offerings
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure smooth, professional checkout transactions
- Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, inventory management, and POS system proficiency
- Drive sales results through authentic customer connections and compelling brand storytelling
- Give and receive constructive feedback with honesty and professionalism
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a retail or customer-facing sales environment
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Strong social media awareness and willingness to develop omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
- Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and collaborate effectively within a team setting
- English proficiency (or local language proficiency as required by market)
- Flexibility to work varied schedules including evenings, weekends, and peak retail periods
- Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally, with ability to climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom

Experience
Prior retail sales or customer service experience is required. Candidates should demonstrate proven success in a customer-facing role with measurable sales performance and the ability to connect authentically with diverse clientele.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; formal fashion or styling education is not required but retail or hospitality training is advantageous.

The successful candidate will be located in Sunrise, Florida, USA, with easy access to Fort Lauderdale.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
