Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently, demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer needs and preferences
- Provide expert styling advice, suggest complementary products, and create complete coordinated looks
- Showcase creative ways to wear and style products, encouraging customers to explore new aesthetic directions
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless, positive checkout experience
- Reinforce customer choices and build brand loyalty through genuine celebration of their selections
- Drive results through authentic customer connections and compelling brand storytelling
- Maintain operational excellence, including stockroom organization, inventory awareness, and accurate POS transactions
- Give and receive feedback in a constructive and honest manner within a collaborative team environment

Qualifications
