Role & Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and confidently, demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across handbags, ready-to-wear, jewelry, footwear, and home décor collections
- Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer aesthetic preferences and lifestyle needs
- Provide styling advice, suggest complementary add-ons, and create complete coordinated looks that incorporate Kate Spade products
- Use creativity to showcase multiple styling applications and encourage customers to explore new and innovative ways to wear products
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure seamless, efficient checkout transactions
- Reinforce and celebrate customer choices while inviting return visits and building lasting relationships
- Drive sales results through strong customer connections and authentic brand storytelling
- Maintain operational excellence, including stockroom organization, inventory management, and POS system transactions
- Give and receive feedback in an honest, constructive manner to support continuous professional development
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a retail environment
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a team setting
- Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
- English proficiency and fluency in local market language as applicable
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly, up to 50 lbs occasionally, and to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, busy seasons, and high-traffic retail days including public holidays

Professional retail selling experience with demonstrated ability to engage customers, provide styling guidance, and drive sales through authentic relationship-building and product knowledge.
