Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently, demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer preferences and lifestyle needs
- Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary products, and create complete looks that encourage exploration
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure seamless checkout experience
- Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, merchandising, and point-of-sale transactions
- Demonstrate proficiency with omni-channel and virtual selling techniques, leveraging social media awareness
- Give and receive feedback constructively, contributing to continuous team and personal improvement
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a retail sales environment
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a team setting
- Flexibility to work varied schedules including nights, weekends, peak seasons, and public holidays
- Physical capability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), and to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom areas
- English language proficiency

Prior experience working in a retail environment, preferably in fashion or luxury lifestyle retail.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
