Kate Spade hiring Style Advisor (temporary, part-time) at Orlando International Premium Outlets, Florida. $15–$19.50/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen to customer needs and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand aesthetic preferences and lifestyle requirements
- Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary products, and create complete coordinated looks
- Showcase multiple ways to wear and style products, encouraging customers to explore new fashion possibilities
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless, positive checkout experience
- Reinforce customer choices and celebrate their selections to encourage repeat visits and brand loyalty
- Drive sales results through authentic customer connections and compelling brand storytelling
- Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, inventory management, and accurate POS transactions
- Develop and demonstrate deep knowledge of brand heritage, product attributes, and seasonal collections
- Actively engage with social media awareness and learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
- Give and receive constructive feedback in a professional, honest manner
- Lift and maneuver merchandise weighing up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom areas as required
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Prior experience in a retail environment preferred
- Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively within a team setting
- Proficiency in English or local market language
- Physical ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally, with ability to climb, bend, and kneel
- Flexibility to work varied schedules including nights, weekends, peak seasons, and high-traffic retail days
Skills
Experience
Prior experience in a retail environment is required. Experience in fashion, accessories, or lifestyle retail is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; additional fashion or retail training is a plus.

The successful candidate will be located in Orlando, Florida, USA.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
