Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
  • Actively listen to customer needs and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand lifestyle and aesthetic preferences
  • Provide styling advice, suggest coordinating pieces, and create complete looks tailored to individual customers
