Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
  • Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer needs and lifestyle
  • Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary products, and create complete looks tailored to customer preferences
  • Showcase multiple ways to wear and style products, encouraging customers to explore new aesthetic directions
  • Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless, positive checkout experience
  • Reinforce and celebrate customer choices, inviting repeat business
  • Drive sales results through storytelling and strong customer connections
  • Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, inventory management, and accurate POS transactions
  • Actively give and receive feedback in a constructive, professional manner
  • Support omni-channel and virtual selling initiatives as needed

Qualifications
