Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to identify and understand customer needs and preferences
- Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary products, and create complete coordinated looks
- Showcase multiple ways to incorporate products into customer wardrobes and encourage exploration of new styles
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout experience using POS systems
- Reinforce customer choices and foster loyalty by inviting repeat visits and celebrating their selections
- Maintain strong product knowledge and deep understanding of brand attributes and seasonal collections
- Preserve operational excellence including stockroom organization, inventory management, and merchandising standards
- Give and receive feedback in an honest, constructive manner to support continuous improvement
- Work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and peak retail periods to meet business demands
Qualifications
- Prior experience working in a retail environment
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively within a team setting
- Physical capability to lift 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), and to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver through sales floor and stockroom areas
- English language proficiency
- Willingness to embrace omni-channel and virtual selling techniques

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
