Kate Spade seeks a Seasonal Stylist in Orlando, Florida. Provide styling advice and drive sales in this part-time retail role at Vineland Premium Outlets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across Kate Spade collections
- Actively listen to customers and ask insightful questions to understand their needs and styling preferences
- Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary products, and create complete coordinated looks
- Showcase multiple ways to wear products and encourage customers to explore new styles through creative demonstrations
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout experience
- Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, merchandise presentation, and point-of-sale transactions
- Work collaboratively with team members and provide constructive feedback to support collective success
- Embrace flexible scheduling requirements including nights, weekends, busy seasons, and high-traffic retail days including public holidays
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Prior experience in a retail environment
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a team setting
- Capacity to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and maneuver sales floor and stockroom areas
- Ability to climb, bend, and kneel as needed during shift work

Prior experience in a retail environment is required. Candidates should demonstrate a track record of strong customer connections and an ability to drive sales results through consultative selling approaches.
