Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently whilst demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen and pose insightful follow-up questions to understand customer lifestyle needs and aesthetic preferences
- Provide tailored styling advice, suggest coordinating pieces, and construct complete looks that encourage exploration of new styles
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless, celebratory checkout experience
- Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, inventory management, and point-of-sale transactions
- Give and receive feedback in a constructive, honest manner
- Demonstrate flexibility to work evenings, weekends, seasonal peaks, and high-traffic retail days including public holidays
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Prior retail experience in a customer-facing environment
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively within a team
- Awareness of social media and willingness to learn omnichannel and virtual selling techniques
- Proficiency in English
- Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom
