Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
  • Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer aesthetic preferences and lifestyle needs
  • Provide expert styling advice, suggest complementary add-ons, and create cohesive looks tailored to individual customers
  • Showcase multiple styling approaches and encourage customers to explore new collections and product categories
  • Guide customers through the purchase decision process and ensure a seamless checkout experience
  • Reinforce and celebrate customer choices, fostering brand loyalty and encouraging repeat visits
