Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised service to high-net-worth and aspirational clients through consultative selling and sustained clienteling.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets by proactively converting traffic, driving average transaction value and cultivating repeat business.
  • Curate and maintain visual merchandising standards, ensuring product presentation aligns with seasonal floor sets and brand guidelines.
  • Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems, manage cash handling and reconcile registers according to store procedures.
  • Manage inventory tasks including receiving, replenishment, stock counts and shrink-prevention practices.
