Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised service to high-net-worth and aspirational clients through consultative selling and sustained clienteling.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets by proactively converting traffic, driving average transaction value and cultivating repeat business.
- Curate and maintain visual merchandising standards, ensuring product presentation aligns with seasonal floor sets and brand guidelines.
- Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems, manage cash handling and reconcile registers according to store procedures.
- Manage inventory tasks including receiving, replenishment, stock counts and shrink-prevention practices.
- Support store operations: opening/closing procedures, order fulfilment, gift wrapping and handling returns/exchanges with tact.
- Participate in store events, private appointments and local marketing initiatives to amplify brand presence and drive footfall.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service in a retail environment; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Demonstrable ability to meet sales objectives and apply consultative selling techniques.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and peak seasonal periods.
- Right to work for the hiring jurisdiction and ability to pass any required background or reference checks.
- Professional demeanour with polished interpersonal and communication skills; a service-first mentality.
