Role & Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and confidently whilst demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
• Actively listen to customer needs and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand lifestyle and aesthetic preferences
• Provide expert styling advice, suggest complementary pieces, and create complete coordinated looks
• Showcase creative approaches to wearing products and encourage customers to explore new styles and expressions
• Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure seamless checkout and transaction processing
• Reinforce and celebrate customer choices, fostering loyalty and repeat visits
• Drive sales results through authentic customer connections and compelling brand storytelling
• Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, inventory management, and POS accuracy
• Participate in omnichannel and virtual selling techniques, leveraging social media awareness
• Give and receive constructive feedback in a professional, collaborative manner

Qualifications

• Prior retail sales experience in a fashion, luxury, or lifestyle environment
• Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
• Strong product knowledge and ability to articulate brand values and attributes
• Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a collaborative team setting
• Flexibility to work varied scheduling including evenings, weekends, and high-traffic retail periods
• Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver merchandise regularly (up to 25 lbs routinely; up to 50 lbs occasionally)
• English language proficiency
• Willingness to embrace omnichannel and virtual selling techniques

Skills

Experience

Prior experience working in a retail environment, ideally in fashion, luxury goods, or lifestyle categories. Demonstrated success in building customer relationships and achieving sales targets through consultative selling approaches.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Formal training in fashion, merchandising, or customer service is a plus but not required.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
