Kate Spade New York seeks a seasonal Sales Associate at Mirabel, Quebec. $16.60–$19.00/hour. Part-time retail role.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet clients warmly and with confidence, demonstrating solid product knowledge
  • Listen actively and ask targeted questions to understand client needs and aesthetic preferences
  • Provide styling recommendations, suggest complementary items, and create complete outfit solutions
  • Demonstrate creativity in presenting multiple ways to wear products and encourage clients to explore new styles
  • Guide clients through purchasing decisions and ensure smooth payment transactions
  • Celebrate and reinforce client choices while encouraging repeat visits
  • Generate results through strong client relationships and effective brand storytelling
  • Maintain deep knowledge of the Kate Spade brand and product features across all categories
  • Uphold operational excellence including stockroom organization and point-of-sale transactions
  • Provide and receive constructive feedback with honesty and professionalism

Qualifications

  • Professional sales skills with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
