Kate Spade New York seeks a part-time Temporary Stylist in Lutz, Florida. Assist customers with personalized styling and product selections.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
  • Actively listen and pose insightful follow-up questions to understand customer needs, preferences, and lifestyle requirements
  • Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary add-ons, and curate complete looks that inspire customer confidence
  • Use creativity to showcase multiple ways to wear products and encourage customers to explore new styles and combinations
  • Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout experience at the point of sale
  • Reinforce and celebrate customer choices to foster brand loyalty and encourage repeat visits
  • Drive results through strong customer connections and compelling brand storytelling
  • Maintain operational excellence, including stockroom organization, inventory management, and accurate POS transactions
  • Give and receive feedback in an honest, constructive manner to support continuous professional development

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a retail or customer-facing environment
  • Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively within a team setting
  • English proficiency (or local language proficiency per market)
  • Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, busy seasons, and high-traffic retail days including public holidays
