Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests with warmth and confidence, demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen to customer needs and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand aesthetic preferences and lifestyle requirements
- Provide expert styling advice, suggest complementary add-ons, and curate complete looks that encourage customers to explore new styles
