Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen to customer needs and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand aesthetic preferences and lifestyle
- Provide expert styling advice, suggest complementary add-ons, and create complete coordinated looks
- Showcase multiple ways to wear and style Kate Spade products, encouraging customers to explore new styles
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a smooth, seamless checkout experience
- Reinforce and celebrate customer styling choices while inviting repeat visits
- Drive sales through authentic customer connections and compelling brand storytelling
- Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, inventory management, and point-of-sale transactions
- Demonstrate proficiency with omni-channel and virtual selling techniques while leveraging social media awareness

Qualifications

- Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally)
