Role & Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and confidently, demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
• Actively listen and pose insightful follow-up questions to identify customer needs and preferences
• Provide expert styling advice, suggest complementary add-ons, and curate complete coordinated looks
• Showcase multiple styling applications and encourage customers to explore new aesthetics through creative product presentation
• Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless, frictionless checkout experience
• Reinforce customer choices and foster brand loyalty by inviting repeat visits
• Drive sales results through authentic storytelling and emotional connection to the brand narrative
• Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, visual merchandising standards, and accurate POS transactions
• Cultivate awareness of social media trends and support omni-channel and virtual selling initiatives
• Demonstrate flexibility to work varied retail schedules, including evenings, weekends, and peak trading periods

Qualifications

• Proven professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
• Prior retail experience in a fashion, accessories, or lifestyle brand environment
• Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize workflow, and collaborate effectively within a team
• Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
• Fluency in English
• Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and to climb, bend, and kneel while navigating sales floor and stockroom environments
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and high-traffic retail days

Skills

Experience

Prior experience in a retail environment is required. Experience in luxury or contemporary fashion retail, accessories, or lifestyle brands is preferred.

Education

No specific educational qualification is required beyond fluency in English.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
