Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen to customer needs and preferences, asking insightful questions to understand lifestyle and aesthetic preferences
- Provide personalized styling advice and suggest complementary products to create complete looks
- Showcase multiple ways to wear and style products, encouraging customers to explore new possibilities
- Guide customers through the purchase decision process and ensure seamless checkout transactions
- Maintain strong product knowledge across seasonal collections and communicate brand heritage and distinctive DNA
- Drive sales results through authentic customer connections and compelling brand storytelling
- Support stockroom organization and maintain POS transaction proficiency
- Work collaboratively with team members and provide constructive feedback
- Participate in omni-channel and virtual selling initiatives as needed
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a retail environment
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities

- Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
- English language proficiency
- Physical ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and to climb, bend, kneel, and navigate the sales floor and stockroom
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, holidays, and high-traffic retail days
