Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen to customer needs and ask insightful follow-up questions to inform styling recommendations
- Provide expert styling advice, suggest complementary add-ons, and create complete coordinated looks tailored to individual aesthetics
- Showcase multiple ways to wear products through creative presentation and encourage customers to explore new styles
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless, supportive checkout experience
- Reinforce and celebrate customer choices while building loyalty and encouraging repeat visits
- Drive sales results through authentic customer connections, compelling brand storytelling, and deep product knowledge
- Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, inventory management, and accurate point-of-sale transactions
- Demonstrate social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
- Give and receive constructive feedback in an honest, professional manner
- Lift and maneuver merchandise (up to 50 lbs occasionally, 25 lbs regularly) while maintaining the sales floor and stockroom
- Work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, busy seasons, and high-traffic retail days
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Prior experience in a retail environment
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively within a team setting
- English proficiency or local language proficiency per market
- Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, busy seasons, and public holidays

Experience
Prior experience working in a retail environment, preferably in fashion, accessories, or lifestyle brand retail.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; no formal degree required. Ongoing product knowledge training and development provided by the employer.
