Role & Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
• Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer lifestyle, aesthetic preferences, and styling needs
• Provide expert styling advice, suggest coordinated add-ons, and create complete looks that encourage customers to explore new styles
• Use creativity and storytelling to showcase multiple ways to wear products and build compelling customer narratives
• Guide customers through purchasing decisions and ensure a seamless, positive checkout experience
• Reinforce customer choices and celebrate purchases to foster loyalty and encourage future visits
• Drive results through strong customer connections, deep brand knowledge, and omni-channel selling awareness
• Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, inventory management, and accurate POS transactions
• Give and receive constructive feedback professionally and apply guidance for continuous improvement
• Work flexible retail schedules including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak seasonal periods

Qualifications

• Prior retail experience in a customer-facing sales environment
• Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
• Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced team setting
• Strong social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
• Proficiency in English (or local language proficiency per market requirements)
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally)
• Physical capability to climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom environments
• Flexible availability to work retail hours including nights, weekends, and busy seasonal periods

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.25 per hour.
