Kate Spade New York Stylist – Temporary part-time retail position at Toronto Premium Outlets, Halton Hills, Ontario. $17.60–$22.00/hour.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently, demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer needs and preferences
- Provide expert styling advice, suggest complementary add-ons, and create complete coordinated looks
- Use creativity to showcase multiple ways to wear and style products, encouraging customers to explore new aesthetic possibilities
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout experience
- Reinforce and celebrate customer choices, inviting them to return and building long-term brand loyalty
- Drive results through strong customer connections and compelling brand storytelling
- Maintain operational excellence, including stockroom organization, inventory management, and accurate POS transactions
- Give and receive feedback in an honest, constructive manner to support continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Prior experience in a retail environment
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a team setting
- Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
- English proficiency
- Physical ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
- Flexibility to work a variable schedule including nights, weekends, public holidays, and high-traffic retail days
