Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently, demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer needs and preferences
- Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary add-ons, and create complete looks tailored to customer aesthetic
- Showcase creative ways to incorporate Kate Spade products into customers' existing wardrobes
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure seamless checkout experience
- Reinforce and celebrate customer choices, encouraging repeat visits
- Drive sales results through strong customer connections and compelling brand storytelling
- Maintain operational excellence, including stockroom organization, merchandise presentation, and accurate POS transactions
- Demonstrate social media awareness and willingness to learn omnichannel and virtual selling techniques
- Give and receive feedback in a constructive, collaborative manner
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Prior experience in a retail environment

- English proficiency
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally)
- Ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom
