Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
  • Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer needs and personal style preferences
  • Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary products, and create complete looks that showcase multiple ways to wear items
  • Use creativity to encourage customers to explore new styles and incorporate Kate Spade products into their existing wardrobes
  • Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout experience
  • Drive sales results through strong customer connections and compelling brand storytelling
  • Maintain operational excellence, including stockroom organization, inventory management, and accurate POS transactions
