Role & Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and confidently, demonstrating deep product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories including handbags, ready-to-wear, jewelry, footwear, and home décor
- Actively listen to customer needs and ask insightful questions to understand personal style preferences and lifestyle requirements
- Provide comprehensive styling advice, suggest complementary products and add-ons, and create complete looks that encourage exploration of new styles
- Guide customers through the purchase decision process and ensure a seamless checkout experience via POS systems
- Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, inventory awareness, and merchandise presentation on the sales floor
- Reinforce customer choices and celebrate purchases, inviting patrons to return and fostering brand loyalty
- Demonstrate flexibility in working nights, weekends, busy seasons, and high-traffic retail days including public holidays
- Lift and maneuver merchandise regularly (up to 25 lbs.) and occasionally (up to 50 lbs.), and perform associated stockroom duties including climbing, bending, and kneeling
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Prior experience working in a retail environment
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively within a team setting
- Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
- English language proficiency
- Ability to work a flexible schedule accommodating nights, weekends, and seasonal peaks
- Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. occasionally
Skills
Experience
Prior experience in a retail environment, preferably in fashion, accessories, or luxury goods. Demonstrated ability to build customer relationships and drive sales through authentic engagement.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
