Kate Spade New York seeks part-time Style Advisor at Folsom Premium Outlets. Assist customers with styling and sales in a vibrant retail environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet and engage customers with confidence and warmth, demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
  • Actively listen and ask thoughtful follow-up questions to understand customer aesthetic preferences and lifestyle needs
  • Provide personalized styling advice and suggest complementary products to create complete, cohesive looks
  • Showcase creative styling options and encourage customers to explore and try new styles
  • Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless, professional checkout experience
  • Reinforce customer choices and foster brand loyalty by inviting return visits
  • Maintain operational excellence, including stockroom organization, inventory management, and accurate POS transactions
  • Engage with omni-channel and virtual selling techniques, demonstrating social media awareness
  • Provide and receive constructive feedback in a collaborative team environment

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a retail sales or customer service environment
  • Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively within a team setting
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and high-traffic retail periods
  • Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom

Experience

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
