Kate Spade New York seeks a temporary part-time Stylist at Silver Sands Premium Outlets in Destin, Florida, to engage customers and drive sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
  • Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer needs and styling preferences
  • Provide expert styling advice, suggest complementary add-ons, and create complete looks that express the customer's personal style
  • Showcase multiple ways to wear products and encourage customers to explore new styles through creative storytelling
  • Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout experience
  • Drive sales results through strong customer connections and brand storytelling
  • Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, inventory management, and accurate POS transactions
  • Demonstrate awareness of social media trends and learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
  • Give and receive feedback in an honest, constructive manner to support team development
  • Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs. (occasionally up to 50 lbs.) and maneuver across sales floor and stockroom

Qualifications

  • Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Prior experience in a retail environment
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a team setting
  • English proficiency or local market language proficiency
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, busy seasons, and high-traffic retail days including public holidays
  • Physical capability to lift 25–50 lbs., climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
