Role & Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and confidently while demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer needs and preferences
- Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary items, and create complete looks that resonate with individual customers
- Showcase creative ways to wear and incorporate products into existing wardrobes
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout experience
- Reinforce and celebrate customer choices, fostering brand loyalty and repeat visits
- Drive sales results through authentic customer connections and compelling brand storytelling
- Maintain deep knowledge of brand heritage, product attributes, and seasonal collections
- Execute operational excellence including stockroom organization, inventory management, and POS transactions
- Demonstrate proficiency with omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
- Provide and receive honest, constructive feedback to continuously improve performance
- Lift and maneuver merchandise weighing up to 25 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. occasionally
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Prior experience in a retail or customer-facing environment
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively within a team
- Demonstrated social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
- English language proficiency
- Flexibility to work variable schedules including nights, weekends, and high-traffic retail periods
- Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. occasionally, and to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver throughout the sales floor and stockroom

Education

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
