Kate Spade New York is hiring a Temporary Style Advisor in Daytona Beach, FL. Part-time retail styling position at Tanger Outlets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently, demonstrating strong product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer needs and aesthetic preferences
- Provide personalized styling advice and suggest complementary products to create complete looks
- Drive sales through authentic customer connections and brand storytelling
- Showcase multiple ways to wear products and encourage customers to explore new styles
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure seamless checkout experiences
- Maintain operational excellence, including stockroom organization and POS transactions
- Demonstrate omni-channel selling awareness and social media literacy
- Give and receive feedback in a constructive and professional manner
- Reinforce customer choices and invite repeat visits to build brand loyalty
Qualifications
- Prior retail experience required
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment
- Proficiency in English
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, busy seasons, and public holidays
- Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom

Prior experience working in a retail environment is required. Candidates should demonstrate proven ability to engage customers, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced sales setting.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.25 per hour.
