Kate Spade New York is hiring a Style Advisor at North Georgia Premium Outlets in Dawsonville. Base pay $15.00–$19.50/hr, part-time position with flexible retail hours.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet customers with warmth and confidence while demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Listen actively to customer needs and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand aesthetic preferences and lifestyle requirements
- Provide creative styling advice and suggest complementary add-ons to create complete, cohesive looks
- Showcase multiple ways to wear products and encourage customers to explore new styles that align with their personal brand
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless, positive checkout experience
- Reinforce and celebrate customer choices while inviting them to return and build long-term loyalty
- Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, inventory management, and accurate POS transactions
- Participate in omni-channel and virtual selling initiatives as the business evolves
- Give and receive constructive feedback in a professional manner
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with demonstrated ability to build rapport and communicate effectively
- Prior experience in a retail or customer-facing environment
- Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and collaborate productively within a team
- Awareness of social media trends and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
- Fluency in English; local language proficiency preferred for applicable markets
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holiday periods, and high-traffic retail days
- Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. occasionally; ability to climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom environments
Skills
Experience
Prior experience in a retail environment, preferably in luxury goods or fashion retail. Demonstrated ability to excel in customer-facing roles and drive sales through relationship-building.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; additional fashion, retail, or business education a plus.
