Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently, demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen to customer needs and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand aesthetic and lifestyle preferences
- Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary items, and create complete coordinated looks
- Showcase multiple ways to wear products and encourage customers to explore new styles through creative presentation
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout experience
- Reinforce and celebrate customer choices while inviting repeat visits and building brand loyalty
- Drive results through authentic customer connections and strategic storytelling
- Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, merchandising, and accurate POS transactions
- Give and receive feedback in a constructive, professional manner
- Support social media awareness initiatives and demonstrate willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a retail environment
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively within a team setting
- Flexibility to work varied schedules including evenings, weekends, busy seasons, and high-traffic retail days including public holidays
- Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs. occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom areas
- English proficiency (or local language proficiency per market)

Prior experience working in a retail environment with demonstrated success in customer engagement and sales.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
