Role & Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and confidently, demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
• Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer needs and preferences
• Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary products, and create complete looks tailored to individual aesthetics
• Use creativity to showcase multiple styling options and encourage customers to explore new styles and products
• Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure seamless checkout experiences
• Reinforce and celebrate customer choices, building loyalty and repeat visits
• Drive sales results through strong customer connections and compelling brand storytelling
• Maintain operational excellence, including stockroom organization, merchandise presentation, and point-of-sale transactions
• Give and receive feedback in a constructive manner to support continuous improvement
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet business objectives and maintain store standards

Qualifications

• Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
• Prior experience in a retail or customer-facing environment
• Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a team setting
• Strong social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
• Fluency in English (or local language proficiency per market)
• Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, peak seasons, and retail holidays
• Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; ability to climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floors and stockrooms

Skills

Experience

Prior experience working in a retail environment is required. Experience in luxury fashion, contemporary lifestyle retail, or customer advisory roles is advantageous.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Specialized retail or fashion education is a plus but not required.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
