Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and demonstrate strong product knowledge across handbags, ready-to-wear, jewelry, footwear, and home décor
  • Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer style preferences and lifestyle needs
  • Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary products, and create complete coordinated looks
  • Showcase multiple ways to wear and style products to encourage customer exploration and confidence
  • Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a smooth checkout experience
  • Reinforce customer choices and create positive closing moments to encourage repeat visits
  • Drive sales through strong customer connections and compelling brand storytelling
  • Maintain deep knowledge of product attributes, brand heritage, and seasonal collections
  • Execute operational tasks including stockroom organization, POS transactions, and store presentation
  • Give and receive feedback constructively and collaboratively with team members
  • Demonstrate willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
  • Maintain flexibility to work evenings, weekends, public holidays, and peak retail periods

Qualifications

  • Prior experience working in a retail environment
