Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently, demonstrating strong product knowledge across handbags, ready-to-wear, jewelry, footwear, and home décor
- Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer needs and styling preferences
- Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary add-ons, and create complete coordinated looks
- Use creativity to showcase multiple styling possibilities and encourage customers to explore new aesthetic approaches
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure seamless checkout transactions
- Reinforce and celebrate customer choices, inviting return visits and building brand loyalty
- Drive sales results through strong customer connections, storytelling, and product expertise
- Maintain operational excellence including stockroom organization, inventory management, and point-of-sale transactions
- Give and receive feedback in a constructive and professional manner
- Demonstrate awareness of social media trends and willingness to learn omnichannel and virtual selling techniques
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Prior experience working in a retail environment
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively within a team structure
- Social media awareness and openness to learning omnichannel and virtual selling methodologies
- Proficiency in English
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally)
- Physical capability to climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom areas
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, busy seasons, high-traffic retail days, and public holidays as business demands
