Role & Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating strong product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
• Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer needs, preferences, and lifestyle
• Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary add-ons, and create complete looks
• Showcase multiple ways to wear products and encourage customers to explore and express their personal style
• Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless, elevated checkout experience
• Drive sales results through authentic customer connections and compelling brand storytelling
• Maintain operational excellence, including stockroom organization, inventory accuracy, and POS transactions
• Demonstrate deep brand knowledge and articulate product attributes across all collections
• Give and receive feedback in a constructive and professional manner
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet business objectives

Qualifications

• Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
• Prior experience in a retail environment
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a team setting
• Strong social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques
• English proficiency or local language proficiency per market
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally)
• Physical ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 18.25 to USD 21.50 per hour.
